OUR STORY
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Leading Lady Empire was born out of a deep sense of isolation and unmet need. Its founder, feeling the weight of a world that often overlooked women’s potential, struggled to find a platform that truly uplifted and supported women in education and leadership. The absence of such a space was both a void and a spark—igniting the vision to create what she had long searched for but never found. Hence, Leading Lady Empire was born in 2022 to solve this unmet need for youth.
OUR ACTIVITIES
EDUCATION
Education is key to unlocking opportunities. We offer workshops, scholarships, and resources to help women further their education and skills. By investing in education, we empower women to break barriers and reach new heights.
MENTORSHIP
Our mentorship programs pair women with experienced professionals who provide guidance and support. Through one-on-one mentoring and group sessions, women gain valuable insights, build confidence, and expand their networks.

As the Founder and CEO of Leading Lady Empire, Haniya Wasim established a global nonprofit community dedicated to expanding access to quality education for youth and women from underserved communities across Pakistan and beyond.
Through her leadership, the initiative has directly impacted 10,000+ women, mobilized 500+ volunteers, and reached over 500,000+ young people, helping them unlock meaningful opportunities and build empowered futures.
